Just Breathe is a 20 minute audio track created for Heart Coherence practice. Take time out and follow the instructions in the audio, choosing either a 10 second cycle or a 20 second cycle or rhythmic breathing. When you have the gist of the rhythm, then decide on either staying with the version you have, or choosing the version with no instructions, or choosing the Binaural Solfeggio version.

Use with headphones or earphones.
